How do I change the screen settings on Windows Vista?

By settings, I mean such as if i shut the screen, whether for it to turn off, hibernate, sleep, or do nothing at all. I'm pretty sure it's somewhere in the control panel but I can't quite find it anywhere. Help?How do I change the screen settings on Windows Vista?

Go to Start, Control Pannel, Power Options then on what every power plan you have enable click Change Plan Settings underneath it.
