It's the positioning of your monitor ! Go to the menu of your monitor , then select positioning, then select vertical and adjust the size to fit your screen ! or either select horizontal as the case may be !

Properties
Settings tab
Set the screen resolution to something that looks better to you.
it is one of the Function (Fn) key. try Fn F5 or F6 or F7
