10 points waits for the person who can help me get my screen looking right. Everything is tall and narrow so i have to scroll up and down it needs to be more horizontal. Also the heading on any IE page is too big and the toolbars look too small.

try changing your screen resolution. just right click on your desktop select properties then go to settings to the far right How to change screen settings?
try this i think it may solve your problem go to your control panel click on display then go to the last tab marked settings and then click on troubleshoot this should tell you how to rectify your problem
