Does anyone know a program for croping down .Avi to a smaller screen resoloution like 640x320 changing it into something like 320x160. And please give me links on where to download it, ill give 10 points for the best answer so please help.How to change screen resoloution on .Avi?
Something as simple as Windows Movie Maker should be able to do this.
Just import it, publish and make the quality lower until it says 320x160, then publish.
