I have to do it for a extra credit project in my PC class.
Windows 98 only please. And I don't really need to change the background or anything for it, just the actual grey screen.
(Changing the system theme doesn't count) D=How do you change the logon screen for windows 98?
suggest to go to start,settings ,control Panel,display, background
