Connect your iPod to your computer and open up iTunes. Double click the name under Devices on iTunes. It will become highlighted and then you can rename it.

you would have to plug it into your computer. when itunes pop up, on the side there will be a list such as playlist, music videos, etc. on one of those tabs you will find yours or whoevers ipod. drag your mouse over the name and double click. after then you will be able to type the name of your desired choice.
