How to change Background colour on my screen?

I changed the colour on my screen where all things are shown(like my windows live page)%26amp; now Iam not able to see certain parts of page,such as when you want to change the sceen on your page all I see is squares, not the colours.I used the personalize page to change screen colour, now I cant figure out how to put it back, PLEASE HELP!!!How to change Background colour on my screen?

CHANGE BACKGROUND COLOR ON DESKTOP:

1. Click Start.

2. Click on Control Panel from your start menu.

3. Double click the Display Icon to open the window and edit.

4. Click on each of the tabs above to select an option for each.

5. When finished, click OK.
