How to change screen resolution?

today on starting my computor everything is outsize and I cannot click onto the screen resolution as it is outsize and out of the frame, also it will not move up so that I can reach the bottom of the page, what else can I doHow to change screen resolution?

try Ctrl + Alt + F12

or Fn + F8 (laptop)

or disconnect your monitor turn your computer off and restart. plug the monitor in when it has re-booted.
Do you know how to get to the menu on your monitor? If not, then play around with the buttons on it until you find a Option that will zoom in or out the size of the screen.

If you can click on Start.

Do so then go up to Settings

Slide right to Control Panel, click.

When open in Control Panel

Go to Display, Double Click

Go to Settings

In the Screen Area box, Click on slider and slide to right,

Norm 1020 by 768 and release

Click on Apply and answer Yes to questions
