How do you change the screen where you select profiles on windows XP?

When you log out of your computer, there is a profile select screen where all the users of the computer can make a profile. How do you change the color or background to that page from the blue to what ever i want. I have seen it done befor but cant figure out how to do it.How do you change the screen where you select profiles on windows XP?
if i've understood you correctly you mean the logon screen where you have to select the user and type your password during start up or the screen after logoff?if yes, then do the following (please make sure that you have backed up your registry before you make the changes.to back up registry simply create a system restore point before making the changes(all programs-accessories-system tools-system restore)
